Abstract submission Guidelines

Abstract submission has been closed.

  1. Registration is mandatory for all delegates including those presenting posters/papers. (Registration should be done separately)

  2. The work/Research/Abstract should be related to Hematology.

  3. Summaries of new, ongoing and updated research (Original work, Case report, hypothesis, good quality review, preliminary data, and thesis work) will be acceptable for submission and presentation.

  4. The abstract must be submitted only online at https://haematocon2025.com/

  5. One Delegate cannot submit More than 2 Abstracts.

  6. Inappropriately structured or incomplete abstracts will not be accepted.

  7. Please don't try to add any Table of Image on the portal, You can add the Image/table in the Final design of Poster or Oral presentation PPT only.

  8. Scientific Committee will select best abstract from each applicable category for Oral Presentation and corresponding author will be appropriately informed

  9. Presenting author to be highlighted in bold and underline

  10. The abstract author will be notified by email about its acceptance and other details.

  11. Accepted presenters must adhere to deadlines and guidelines, and they must promptly respond to communication.

  12. Attractive awards for the winner.

  13. Last Date of Abstract Submission is 10th September 2025.

  14. Abstract must be typed and presented in English

  15. Use the Font type Times new roman and Font Size 12

  16. The abstract should not exceed 300 words
